Lead end-to-end oversight of Client’s capital projects across South Asia (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka) including new corporate fit outs and restacks to meet real estate objectives.
Act as the central Client contact regionally for strategy, implementation, escalation, and ensure compliance with Client and JLL governance and reporting processes.
Manage project forecasts, scopes, schedules, risk, quality control, approvals, and closure ensuring projects are delivered to specification, on time, and on budget.
Minimum Requirements
Experience managing regional PMO projects related to corporate interiors (fit outs/restacks) valued between $1m and $10m USD.
Demonstrated prior experience working with banking/finance sector Clients and managing internal stakeholder approvals within financial institutions.
Must be able to work onsite daily in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
