Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and related tools to improve automation and reduce errors.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues in production environments.
Develop observability tools and maintain system troubleshooting and security procedures within a mature CI/CD pipeline framework.
Minimum Requirements
2-4 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency with Git and GitLab/GitHub workflows; good knowledge of Java, Groovy, or Python.
Working knowledge of Docker and container workflows, Jenkins or similar CI/CD platforms, and AI prompt engineering.
Must work onsite in Bangalore with a hybrid schedule; University or Bachelor's degree required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating within mature DevOps or software engineering roles focused on CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
Comfortable working independently within an established framework with moderate supervision.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and an operational (on-call support) environment is a plus.
