Detect, analyze, and respond to threats in customer environments, ensuring timely notifications and incident compliance.
Provide training and feedback to Security Analysts to maintain high-quality deliverables and continuously improve monitoring and operating procedures.
Perform root cause analysis on monitoring errors, interact with customers regarding service queries and improvements, and contribute to MSSP services.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 4 years experience, including minimum 3 years in security operations environment or IT operations (Data Centre, SOC/NOC).
Engineering graduate, preferably B.E./B.Tech in IT or Computer Engineering.
Hands-on experience with security tools: SentinelOne IR, Service Now Tool, Microsoft Defender, Crowdstrike.
Certification preferred: at least 3 from AZ-900, SC-900, SC-200, BLT1, CompTIA CySA+.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with MITRE Framework and ITIL basic practices, capable of working in complex security environments.
Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and customer infrastructure components such as Proxy, Firewall, Antivirus.
Ability to guide and assist analyst teams, manage customer confidentiality, and communicate effectively in English within an international context.
