Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a software developer, Software Developer in Test, or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Proven expertise in software testing automation frameworks and methodologies, with production software coding experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise environments automating complex software testing with a bias toward automation over manual testing.
Familiar with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and agile software development lifecycle.
Capable of independently enabling teams through tooling, education, and advocacy to improve software quality metrics.
