Design, build, and maintain highly scalable software systems and real-time data pipelines using Spark, Scala/Python, and big data technologies to drive marketing acquisition and retention projects.
Automate software processes at scale, perform impact assessments, and deliver operational excellence including monitoring, root cause analysis, and escalation management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally to develop roadmaps, execute projects, and provide analytical insights through dashboards to enhance programmatic efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of software engineering experience with Spark, Scala/Python, API design (Springboot, REST, GraphQL), and big data tools (Spark, Kafka, Cassandra, Hadoop, Hive, Elasticsearch).
Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), Linux system troubleshooting, PL/SQL querying, and building secure, scalable online services.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in software engineering or related area; Location: Bangalore or Chennai office with daily office attendance.

Experienced working with distributed, multi-tier big data architectures and real-time processing systems operating at petabyte scale.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones for delivery and to engage with product and business teams to set priorities and deliver solutions.
Knowledgeable about integrating GenAI/ML tools and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) to enhance software development and inclusive digital experiences.
