Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing complex Workday Reporting solutions.
Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics, Report Writer, business objects, data sources, and reporting architecture.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Location requirement: India - Chennai.

Experienced in a People Analytics or HR technology environment with strong understanding of HRIS and HCM business processes.
