Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate vendor management including scheduling meetings, monitoring performance, and mentoring vendor staff.
Manage reporting and client communication including daily/monthly reports, service audits, and resolving customer queries to meet KPI and SLA targets.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably with building management or hotel management background.
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field, or equivalent experience in building management.
Strong knowledge of facility/building/property operations and occupational safety standards.
On-site work location in Hyderabad, Telangana; scheduled 48 weekly hours.
