Minimum Requirements
University graduate with 1-3 years of experience in lease abstraction or related real estate commercial lease experience.
Experience using property management or lease administration systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
On-site location requirement: Gurugram, India.

Experienced in handling large volumes of lease abstraction with high accuracy under tight deadlines.
Capable of working with minimal supervision and demonstrating strong accountability.
Able to train and mentor team members while documenting processes and supporting audit activities.
