Manage and oversee global FX Collateral Management team delivering end-to-end operational support to front office and middle office.
Oversee daily margin calls, MTM movements, and unresolved margin disputes with traders and client management.
Lead global process alignment, platform migration, project implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in FX management and operations.
Strong knowledge of FX and Collateral Management workflows.
Experience managing multi-location teams.
Work Location: Hyderabad; Shift Timing: 2:00 - 11:00 PM IST.
