Lead development and expansion of next-generation software test automation frameworks and infrastructure for product validation.
Manage and support automated regression runs and maintain labs for automated and manual testing including product staging and certification during release phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to enhance QA methodologies, implement AI-driven test automation innovations, and mentor junior automation engineers.
Minimum Requirements
10-12 years experience in building test automation frameworks within enterprise and process-driven technology environments.
Proficiency in Java, SQL, and shell scripting (PowerShell, Bash) with experience using tools like Rest Assured, Playwright, Azure SDK, Kafka SDK, Swagger, Silk4Net, FlaUI, Talend preferred.
Experience in automation testing across web, desktop/native applications, APIs, batch apps and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related technical/MIS field required; MS degree strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level automation engineer with strong software engineering background and extensive hands-on experience in designing and executing automated test frameworks.
Experienced working in Agile development environments with proven ability to translate complex business requirements into automated functional and technical test plans.
Comfortable working in a fintech or financial services context with knowledge of multi-tier application testing and familiarity with emerging technologies including AI in testing.
