Develop and maintain a modular, reusable test automation framework primarily using UiPath Test Suite, including RPA test automation and GenAI-assisted test generation/analysis.
Coordinate and execute automation testing activities across global teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and dependency management.
Define and promote test automation standards, prepare automation testing artefacts and reports, and support AI-driven testing methodologies adoption.
Minimum Requirements
4–10 years of experience in Automation testing with good understanding of Capital Markets domain.
Strong experience with UiPath Test Automation, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Bots, UiPath Test Manager, and integration with Jira.
Programming skills in C#, Java, or Python for developing utilities.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or science streams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end automation testing delivery within Capital Markets or financial services domain.
Proficient in stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration in a global matrix environment involving US, UK, and APAC teams.
Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and executing automation testing activities aligned with project milestones, including test metrics generation and management reporting.
