Manage high-volume international securities lending loan processing, recalls, returns, billing, contract comparison, and collateral management.
Ensure team meets service level agreements (SLA), key performance indicators (KPI), and key risk indicators (KRI) with documented evidence daily.
Drive process improvements, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and act as subject matter expert in securities finance settlements and collateral management.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience managing teams (5-10+ members) in securities lending, mark to market, SBL, corporate actions, FI or equity settlements, and collateral management domains.
Bachelor's degree (MBA/BS/BA or equivalent) required.
Must be able to work in APAC shift hours (3:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST).
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with systems like MCH Euroclear/CREST, Qlikview, DTCC, IHS MARKIT, PIRUM, EQUILEND.
