Manage high-volume international securities lending operations including loan processing, returns, contract comparison, billing, and settlements adhering to SLA, KPI, and KRI standards.
Lead resolution of counterparty discrepancies related to pricing, loan quantities, and transactional inquiries while coordinating with traders, corporate actions, and internal teams.
Drive process improvements, risk mitigation, and compliance in securities lending, collateral management, mark to market, and settlements, ensuring continuous operational enhancement.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience managing multi-location teams in securities lending, collateral management, settlements, or related capital markets operations.
Experience overseeing teams of 5-10+ members in a knowledge services environment servicing capital markets, specifically stock lending domain.
Education: MBA/BS/BA or equivalent degree.
Ability to work NA Shift (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST) and demonstrable intermediate technical skills including Microsoft Office and familiarity with systems such as MCH Euroclear/CREST, Qlikview, DTCC, IHS MARKIT, PIRUM, EQUILEND.
