Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations with HR and enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and operational stability.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Security, IT teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into effective integration solutions and support production incident resolution.
Drive continuous improvement in integration reliability, automation, and monitor Workday releases, regulatory changes, and system enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
7-8 years relevant experience developing and maintaining enterprise integrations, preferably with Workday as a system of record.
Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies such as Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs, and Workday Web Services.
Understanding of Hire-to-Retire business processes including payroll, benefits, and worker lifecycle events.
Proficiency with integration technologies and data formats like XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and ability to troubleshoot production operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating Workday or other SaaS applications with downstream systems like payroll providers, benefits vendors, and IAM platforms.
Able to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure HR technology solutions in an enterprise environment.
Familiar with global or multi-country HRIS integrations and knowledge of HR data privacy and audit compliance considerations.
