Minimum Requirements
High school diploma minimum required.
Experience in recruitment within corporate, RPO, or agency settings with demonstrated successes.
Recruiting experience in at least one industry: Automotive & Automotive Components, Steel, Metals & Materials, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, or Engineering, Supply Chain & Production.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced recruiter with sector-specific knowledge in automotive, steel, manufacturing, or related industrial fields to advise hiring managers effectively.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in recruitment strategy and offer decisions.
