Own the full recruitment lifecycle focusing on Commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, and Service Sales.
Lead intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and present high-quality talent pipelines to hiring managers.
Provide consultative insights to hiring leaders, mentor recruiters, and drive continuous improvement through recruitment metrics.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings with demonstrated success.
Experience recruiting Commercial roles in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Analytics, and Leadership.
Work Location: South City, Gurgaon, Haryana; 4 days onsite work setup; Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers with deep market and talent pool knowledge within Commercial functions.
Experience recruiting within MedTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and mentoring a recruiting team in a fast-paced environment.
