Lead architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
Define technical direction, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, maintainable AI platforms across Azure and AWS environments.
Mentor engineering teams, partner with business stakeholders, and oversee AI initiatives through full lifecycle from discovery to continuous optimization.
Minimum Requirements
7-10+ years software engineering experience including 3+ years architecting and leading production-grade AI, GenAI, or intelligent automation solutions.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in regulated environments.
Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AKS) and AWS services (Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, OpenSearch).
Work Hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST. Relocation assistance provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on technical leader comfortable with both architecture and active software engineering contributions in Generative AI and Agentic AI domains.
Experienced in governing engineering standards, security controls, deployment practices, and driving technical excellence across distributed teams.
Skilled in integrating AI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel), RAG applications, multi-agent AI orchestration, and enterprise AI platform implementations.
