Manage general ledger accounting and month-end closing activities ensuring error-free GL closure.
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial reports, and monthly/quarterly P&L and Balance Sheet with variance analysis for management.
Coordinate with auditors for interim audits, handle GL queries from multiple teams, and ensure SOX compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified CA with 6 months to 2 years experience OR Semi-qualified CA with 3-5 years experience in GL, RTR, or Financial Reporting.
Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting and Record to Report processes.
Preferred location: Mumbai-based candidates.
Shift timing: Early morning (3:30 am to 6:30 am), 5 days a week with cab service.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end GL accounting and financial reporting within a corporate or agency environment.
Capable of handling multi-stakeholder communication including auditors, internal teams, and external clients.
Comfortable working early morning shifts and hybrid work environment based in Mumbai.
