Lead commercial planning, forecasting, demand alignment, and business review processes to drive business performance and ensure forecast accuracy.
Optimize the end-to-end order-to-cash process in collaboration with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams for improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Manage distributor and channel performance through governance, business reviews, and data-driven insights to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
8-12 years of experience in Commercial Operations or Sales Operations.
Experience in Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or related industries preferred.
Must be willing to work onsite in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain functions.
Experience working with distribution-led businesses and strong skills in forecasting, sales planning, business intelligence, KPI management, and commercial reporting.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and advanced data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
