Manage end-to-end placement operations including placement portals, recruiter communications, interview schedules, and offer tracking.
Coordinate student mentorship and development programs engaging industry leaders, alumni, and faculty, ensuring student participation and program outcomes.
Plan and execute industry engagement events, placement drives, and leadership programs, while managing reporting, process automation, and platform optimization.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Postgraduate preferred.
4-8 years of experience in operations, career services, placement coordination, corporate relations, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace, and hands-on experience with CRM/ERP/placement management or automation platforms.
Experience in educational institutions, career services, HR operations, or corporate engagement is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating multi-stakeholder engagement across students, faculty, corporate partners, and alumni in an educational or career services environment.
Operationally strong with skills in process improvement, automation, data reporting, and event management within career services or corporate engagement functions.
Comfortable managing digital platforms and tools for reporting, collaboration, and stakeholder communications with strong attention to detail.
