Manage end-to-end international ticketing operations including issuance, reissues, refunds, exchanges, and schedule changes using Sabre GDS.
Handle complex international itineraries (one-way, round-trip, multi-city, open-jaw) ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline fare rules and BSP regulations.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and support teams to resolve ticketing exceptions and ensure timely closure of cases within SLA.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in International Air Ticketing, especially SOTO/Offshore ticketing.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Sabre GDS.
Graduate degree required.
Strong knowledge of international fare construction, IATA fare rules, BSP processes, airline policies, and ADM prevention guidelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex international travel itineraries across multiple airlines with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Proven ability to work under SLAs and TATs in a fast-paced environment coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
