Monitor and perform first-response operations for global network incidents, focusing on routing, DNS, CDN, and connectivity within defined SLAs.
Triage and classify network incidents by severity, assign tickets accurately, execute Tier 1 runbooks to resolve common connectivity issues, and escalate as needed.
Maintain precise documentation and communication to ensure smooth ticket handling, incident tracking, and 24x7 coverage through rotational shifts including nights and holidays.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
3–5 years of experience in network operations, NOC, or IT operations, with hands-on network monitoring and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, and CDN concepts.
Must be willing and able to work rotational 24x7 shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in fast-paced network operations environments with strong incident triage and escalation discipline.
Skilled at operating single-pane-of-glass dashboards for real-time network health monitoring and alert management.
