Own finance operations for Meesho’s Supply Chain business with annual volume >$500m, ensuring scalable and value-added financial solutions.
Develop automated systems to validate invoices, analyze billing errors, and collaborate with Operations to resolve disputes with logistics partners.
Lead a team of 2-4 members, create real-time KPI dashboards integrating multiple data sources, and drive technology/automation initiatives including RPA and AI for billing and supply chain financial controls.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant with Articleship preferably from Big 4.
2-3 years of post-qualification experience, primarily in startups.
Experience in Supply Chain controllership is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial controls; ability to manage external stakeholder relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in fast-paced startup environments with demonstrated success in business partnering and external stakeholder management.
Capable of translating complex analytics into operational improvements and financial controls in supply chain contexts.
