About This Role
- Manage and support month-end close activities including global cost accounting reports review and analysis.
- Oversee product cost estimates, supply chain cost accounting, inventory stock take, budgeting, and compliance with statutory and cost audit requirements.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives including Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and participate in finance transformation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified CA/CMA with minimum 2 years relevant cost accounting experience OR Inter CA/Inter CMA/MBA with 5+ years costing and accounting experience OR Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce with 5+ years relevant experience.
- Experience in month-end close, cost analysis, inventory accounting, and financial reporting processes.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Relocation/visa sponsorship not provided; flexibility to work across global time zones required.

- Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, or cost accounting environments to handle cross-functional finance operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze cost performance and variances, and work effectively in a global environment.
- Strong skills in process improvement and automation with experience in analytics platforms and enterprise reporting systems.
