Manage and support month-end close activities including global cost accounting reports review and analysis.
Oversee product cost estimates, supply chain cost accounting, inventory stock take, budgeting, and compliance with statutory and cost audit requirements.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives including Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and participate in finance transformation projects.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified CA/CMA with minimum 2 years relevant cost accounting experience OR Inter CA/Inter CMA/MBA with 5+ years costing and accounting experience OR Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce with 5+ years relevant experience.
Experience in month-end close, cost analysis, inventory accounting, and financial reporting processes.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Relocation/visa sponsorship not provided; flexibility to work across global time zones required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, or cost accounting environments to handle cross-functional finance operations.
