Minimum Requirements
2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer with delivery of at least 2 end-to-end projects.
Platform Developer Certification in Salesforce is mandatory.
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, and automation tools (flows, process builders).
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, managed packages, CI/CD processes, and agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently managing technical Salesforce development projects within agile frameworks.
Strong grasp of Salesforce Lightning Experience features and best coding practices with focus on robust, reusable code.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and awareness of advanced Salesforce concepts like Vibe-Coding frameworks; bonus if experienced with DocuSign, CPQ, and sales commission configuration.
