Drive end-to-end management of large, complex software/platform development programs involving multiple workstreams, dependencies, and cross-organizational stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
15+ years of overall technical experience; 10+ years in Technical Program Management leadership roles with significant business impact.
Proven experience in standing up new programs or teams, defining processes and governance from scratch.
Familiarity with technical concepts such as system/platform design, APIs, data platforms, and hands-on experience with program management tools like JIRA, JIRA Align, Big Picture, or Airtable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader comfortable operating in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments and establishing new organizational structures and processes.
Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps basics, and using AI tools to enhance program management effectiveness.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including architects, engineers, product managers, and executive leadership while translating complex technical status into business outcomes.
