Minimum Requirements
12+ years professional software engineering experience with large-scale data platforms and distributed systems.
4+ years engineering leadership experience managing teams and complex delivery programs.
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and Spark; deep experience with big data technologies and cloud-native engineering (CI/CD, Kubernetes, automation).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
