Own end-to-end development and delivery of multiple components/modules within the Android Automotive System.
Lead requirement analysis, implementation, pre-integration testing, defect triaging, and resolution for Android Automotive features.
Mentor less experienced team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure feature maturity.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in Android Automotive System development, including modifying Android framework components and system services.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
Expertise in Android Framework, AOSP platform architecture, Java or Kotlin, and strong understanding of Android components (Services, Broadcast Receivers, Content Providers, Treble Architecture).
Work from office environment with onsite presence five days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level engineer with strong leadership and mentoring experience in agile, cross-functional teams.
Deep domain knowledge in Android Automotive System and at least one of the following: IVI system connectivity, multimedia, VPA, EVS, cluster rendering, ADAS, navigation, automotive HMI, or vehicle HAL.
Experienced in software lifecycle methodologies, Android best practices for system stability, and unit testing of Android modules.
