Develop, deliver, and support next-generation software test automation framework and infrastructure for automated product validation.
Lead quality assurance planning and execution, including maintenance and expansion of automated/manual test labs and management of regression runs across all product departments.
Provide testing leadership and mentorship, continuously innovate automation practices, and actively participate in agile software development activities.
Minimum Requirements
10-12 years of experience building test automation frameworks in enterprise, process-driven environments.
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Business with MIS background; MS degree strongly preferred.
Strong programming experience with Java, SQL, and shell scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
Experience with automation tools such as Rest Assured, Playwright, Azure SDK, Kafka SDK, Swagger, Silk4Net, FlaUI, Talend; CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive test automation strategies across multi-tier applications including web, native/desktop, API, and batch processes.
Experienced contributor in Agile Scrum environments with at least 3 years working on Agile development methodologies.
Comfortable providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior staff in complex automation framework development and testing processes.
