Provide production support and performance tuning for NiCE Actimize product portfolio, focusing on cloud-native AWS environments.
Automate infrastructure and application deployments using scripting languages and support 24x7 operations including incident management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize AWS services and container orchestration.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations or Application Support.
Strong expertise in production support, performance tuning, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting for 2-tier/3-tier applications.
Proficiency in scripting languages including Ansible, Python, Perl; solid understanding of AWS core services and Kubernetes.
Work Experience Required: 4+ years in relevant Infrastructure or Application Support roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working with financial/payment sector technologies like Zelle and Fedwire is advantageous.
Hands-on familiarity with performance tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace), middleware (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere), and database performance tuning.
Comfortable in high-severity incident management in 24x7 shift environments, collaborating with architecture and operations teams.
