Own end-to-end design, development, testing, and delivery of Workday HR integration solutions including data integration, extraction, and automation.
Design and manage data ingestion, transformation, and publishing within Workday PRISM to support business reporting needs.
Act as liaison with stakeholders to resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure alignment with integration and architectural standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or relevant field.
4 to 7 years of professional experience in Workday PRISM design and build, and Workday report and interface configuration.
Proficient in integration technologies including XML, SOAP, REST API, and SQL or other query languages.
Knowledge of Workday Security Model mandatory; Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling full lifecycle of Workday integration tasks from backlog to deployment with minimal supervision.
Capable of independently troubleshooting, conducting impact analysis, and driving resolution through proactive stakeholder engagement.
Comfortable with complex integration APIs and ensuring compliance with technical and architectural standards under guidance of Tech Lead.
