Provide technical and business support for Citi Applications users, resolving issues and coordinating with technology partners for long-term solutions.
Participate in application release cycles including development, testing, deployment, and post-release checkouts, as well as disaster recovery testing.
Own support project initiatives focused on application stability, efficiency, and effectiveness, and act as SME to senior stakeholders and team members.
Minimum Requirements
4-9 years of relevant work experience in application support or related field.
Technical skills required include UNIX Shell scripting, Oracle/ORAAS and SQL databases, basic Java OOP concepts, deployment scripting/tools (uDeploy/Light Speed Enterprises), scheduler knowledge (Autosys preferred), and monitoring tools (ITRS/Splunk/AppDynamics/ELK/Grafana).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience and knowledge of banking domain and software development best practices mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supporting and troubleshooting banking domain applications with hands-on technology skills across multiple tools and languages used in application support.
Capable of operating with autonomy and making independent judgments while managing technical escalations and communicating with senior stakeholders.
Familiar with DevOps tools (GitHub, TeamCity, Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes, uDeploy/Harness) and problem management/issue tracking tools, enhancing support and deployment workflows.
