Provide production support and performance tuning for NiCE Actimize product portfolio including AML/IFM and related financial payment systems such as Zelle Fedwire.
Develop and maintain automation scripts (Ansible, Python, Perl) to support AWS cloud infrastructure and application deployments; troubleshoot AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and others.
Drive incident management and customer communication during high-severity incidents and provide 24x7 on-call support for cloud operations and performance issues.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations or Application Support.
Strong expertise in performance tuning, root cause analysis, and managing 2-tier/3-tier applications.
Proficiency with scripting languages including Ansible, Python, Perl, Ruby, Shell, PowerShell and solid understanding of AWS core services.
Experience supporting financial/banking sector payment-related environments and familiarity with container orchestration like Kubernetes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud-native applications specifically for financial services or payment domains (e.g., Zelle Fedwire).
Comfortable handling mission-critical, distributed systems with a hands-on approach to automation, monitoring, and incident management across AWS environments.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability under a high-scale, 24x7 operational model.
