Own and drive end-to-end security architecture reviews encompassing application layer, AWS infrastructure, and container/orchestration systems for scalable remediation.
Embed automated security checks into CI/CD pipelines and maintain container/orchestration security including Docker and Kubernetes hardening.
Design, develop, and maintain production-quality internal security tools and automations; perform penetration testing and manual code reviews; mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on experience in application, product, or cloud security.
Strong operational AWS security expertise including IAM, network security, secrets management, and detection tools.
Proficiency in securing CI/CD pipelines and practical container security experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Rust with capability to build real internal security tooling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in environments requiring integrated security reviews across cloud infrastructure, applications, and containers.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain scalable security automation tools and embed security early in SDLC.
Comfortable mentoring others and collaborating closely with engineering and platform teams to enforce security standards.
