AWS - Senior Data Engineer - LS - CWR

Lead design, build, and optimization of enterprise-scale AWS and Snowflake data pipelines, handling ingestion, transformation, and monitoring.

Own end-to-end technical delivery including design, build, testing, migration, deployment, and production stabilization of cloud data platforms.

Provide engineering leadership by reviewing designs, enforcing standards, managing risks, mentoring teams, and collaborating with architects and business stakeholders.

Work Experience Required: 12-16 years, varying by level (Manager: 12-14 years; Senior Manager: 14-16 years).

Strong hands-on expertise with AWS cloud data services and Snowflake platform including advanced SQL and data engineering fundamentals.

Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale cloud data platforms and complex ETL/ELT pipelines.

Preferred domain: Life Sciences with exposure to regulated environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR); Not strictly mandatory but strongly advantageous.

Experienced leader capable of independently driving large data engineering teams and complex pipeline architectures within enterprise cloud environments.

Deep technical understanding to challenge designs, handle escalations, and enforce engineering best practices across distributed teams.

Familiar with Life Sciences data compliance, quality, and traceability demands or eager to operate in regulated, analytics-intensive environments.
