Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SRE, Platform Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Production or Application Support.
Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go, or Java and solid understanding of software engineering principles.
Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server, observability tools, incident management, event-driven architectures (Kafka or MQ), and operational support processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing distributed production systems with reliable incident and problem management skills.
Proficient in observability and automation practices, including building dashboards and monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry.
Capable of collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to design scalable, resilient platforms and reduce manual operational toil.
