Automate manual controls in partnership with Business, Internal Audit, Risk, and Technology using data-driven techniques to identify control gaps and policy breaches.
Develop and implement analytical methodologies to transform data sets and detect inconsistencies for audit completion.
Leverage tools like SAS, SQL, Tableau, Python, and Mainframes for data analysis and control automation in a banking context.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree or BTech/B.E/MCA in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Applications, or Engineering from a recognized institute.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in development or production support focusing on SAS and SQL code issue identification and resolution.
Intermediate to expert proficiency in SAS, SQL, Tableau, Appian, Xceptor, Python, Mainframes; knowledge of Autosys schedulers and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, VBA).
Good understanding of banking products (Wealth, Cards, Deposits, Loans, Insurance), MCA & Audit Framework, Inherent and Residual Risks, and Finance Regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working within banking control automation or audit data analytics functions, specifically with financial services data and controls.
Strong analytical approach with proven ability to develop automated solutions reducing manual effort in control and audit processes.
Familiarity with workflow and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket is a plus, indicating effective work in cross-functional and technology-driven environments.
