Minimum Requirements
13+ years of experience in Java full-stack development and application leadership.
Proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and SQL Server database expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Seasoned technical leader with ability to drive architectural decisions and uphold software development best practices across teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong DevOps and automation focus.
