Coordinate and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle logistics across six global business units, including onboarding, offboarding, and global mobility.
Maintain data integrity and compliance through audits, documentation, and adherence to policies within HR tech systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
Serve as a primary contact for employees and vendors while managing high-volume tasks to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and facilitate audit processes.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent professional background in a relevant field.
6 to 8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations.
Proficiency with HRIS systems, specifically Workday and ServiceNow.
Work Experience Required: 6 to 8 years in HR Operations.

Experienced in global HR operational support spanning multiple time zones (UK, AUS, US) and complex multi-business unit environments.
