Manage end-to-end transformation programs for small to medium clients or lead groups of projects within large scale client transformation programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and meet success parameters for clients and Infosys.
Establish and strengthen client relationships, conduct and contribute to workshops to define business cases, program charters, and manage change requests and resource quality risk.
Minimum Requirements
Any Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree required.
Prior experience leading large transformation, change consulting, or digital techno-functional programs.
Expertise in at least one functional domain and industry area.
Program Management Certification (PgMP, PMP, or PRINCE2) is desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex business transformation programs involving cross-functional and stakeholder leadership.
Strong commercial and contractual acumen with proven capability in client relationship management and negotiation.
Comfortable handling risk, change management, crisis resolution, and budget management in a dynamic delivery environment.
