Lead and set research agenda on agentic AI solving complex, multi-step tasks involving LLM-powered planning, tool use, and error recovery.

Design and conduct post-training research (fine-tuning, RL, preference optimization) to improve model autonomy and reliability with measurable production impact.
Minimum Requirements
PhD or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent research experience.
3+ years of applied or academic research experience in ML, NLP, or computer vision.
Demonstrated original research with publications in top ML/NLP venues or impactful production research.
Proficiency in Python and PyTorch for end-to-end experimental work including data curation and training.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on expertise with LLM post-training techniques such as fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO, and evaluation design beyond prompting.
