Design and develop source-grounded AI workflows and multimodal document intelligence pipelines with explainability and provenance features.
Implement human-in-the-loop review systems and feedback learning loops to improve AI outputs, prompts, and retrieval quality.
Build secure, multi-tenant Azure-native applications ensuring governance, auditability, and role-based access control; participate in sprint planning, collaboration, and customer engagement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
Strong experience with Python programming and PostgreSQL, including metadata-rich schema design for AI applications.
Proven experience building source-grounded AI applications with citation, provenance, and explainability, plus designing human feedback loops and maintaining LLM evaluation frameworks.
Work Experience Required: Typically 8+ years related experience (Bachelor + 8 years or Master + 7 years).
Location: Bengaluru, India onsite with relocation offered within India; Employer will not sponsor visa.

Experienced in designing citation-aware user experiences and building document-grounded conversational AI interfaces with review workflows.
Expertise in multimodal LLMs for reasoning on images, diagrams, tables, and fine-tuning AI models for enterprise use.
Skilled in secure multi-tenant application design using Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AI Search with hybrid retrieval architectures.
