Own a defined product area focused on AI-augmented self-driving workflows, automated actions, or assurance dashboards for network admin and IT user experiences.
Lead AI-scaled qualitative research and data synthesis to inform user-centric design solutions connecting to real business outcomes.
Develop prototypes using AI-guided front-end code agents, invest manual craft in the 10% of the product experience that creates distinct value beyond AI-generated UI.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of product design experience.
Proven skills in visual design, interaction design, and design systems with a portfolio showing breadth and decision trade-offs.
Hands-on experience or quick learning ability with AI design-to-code tools (e.g., VS Code, Claude Design) and AI research/analytics tools (e.g., Dovetail, Fullstory).
Hybrid work location: Bengaluru, India with 2 days onsite per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing for data-dense enterprise or IT operations products with complex system edge cases.
Comfortable working with data-driven product metrics and applying AI-augmented design methodologies at scale.
Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally to define product vision, managing bandwidth, and advancing AI-enabled evaluation standards.
