Lead end-to-end Agile transformation for new Agile Release Trains (ARTs) including team setup, delivery stabilization, and continuous improvement.
Coach Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to enhance execution, flow, and outcome-driven planning, and facilitate PI Planning and leadership alignment workshops.
Define, embed, and utilize delivery metrics and AI-enabled improvements to foster continuous Agile delivery enhancements and experimentation culture.
Minimum Requirements
Over 15 years of experience in IT with substantial software development experience.
Extensive experience leading large-scale Agile/SAFe transformations in complex enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and hands-on experience with Jira Cloud, Confluence, and Miro.
Practical understanding and experience applying AI in Agile processes, including automation and AI tools like GitHub Copilot.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in strategic Agile transformation leadership for complex, enterprise-scale ARTs.
Proficient in coaching multiple Agile roles and facilitating high-impact sessions with senior stakeholders.
