Coordinate day-to-day activities and maintenance across multiple onshore and offshore teams.
Manage technical service operations involving Axway MFT products and associated middleware technologies.
Support 24x7 shift operations including night rotations for various global regions (APAC, UK, US).
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years total work experience.
Strong expertise in Axway MFT products (XFB, Gateway, Secure Transport) and middleware technologies.
Proficiency in one scripting or programming language, SQL, Unix/Linux systems, and network protocols including AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP/S.
Willingness to work 24x7 in rotating night shifts; cloud exposure on AWS/Azure/GCP and container technologies (Dockers, Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in customer/client interfacing and coordinating with multiple teams in a global environment.
Hands-on with cloud services, containerization, and managed support (L2/L3) to handle cloud-native and hybrid deployment models.
Skilled in security protocols including SSL/encryption, certificate management, and disaster recovery operations.
