Lead support functions and operations across multiple business groups, contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives, providing independent recommendations and leadership to support functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to plan, execute programs including risk mitigation, customer experience improvements, and manage product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience (or equivalent through education, training, military).
3-5 years mandatory payments processing experience with SWIFT-MT/MX, FED, Chips, ACH, RTP, GPPSP including MX-Pacs, Pain, Camt, Admi messages and MT N1/2/9 series.
2-3 years mandatory business analysis experience and 2-3 years Agile team experience with working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence.
Certifications required: Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent; Agile, SAFe 5 certification or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing product roadmaps and backlogs in finance-related payment domains using Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
Able to independently lead complex initiatives focusing on business execution, strategy, and operational efficiency across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability in coordinating product development, quality assurance, user experience enhancements, and training within cross-functional, regulatory-driven environments.
