Architect and implement secure, scalable authentication, authorization, and data security solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Define and enforce platform security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance with internal and external InfoSec requirements.
Lead and mentor teams on secure coding, identity management, and ensure secure integrations and automation with enterprise security ecosystems.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of IT security experience with 12+ years focused on ServiceNow security architecture, administration, or operations.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow security modules including SecOps, GRC, RBAC, ACLs, and platform security best practices.
Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (SecOps or GRC).
Must work in-office in India at least 3 days a week; timings 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in securing large-scale ServiceNow implementations, preferably in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.
Proficient in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS), identity and access management technologies (SSO, MFA, OAuth, LDAP), and cloud/SaaS security.
Demonstrated leadership in technical governance, collaboration with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams, and platform security strategy execution.
