Audit and validate labeling annotation data ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines.
Monitor and report quality KPIs such as Right First Time rates and rework triggers; drive monthly governance cycles.
Lead non-compliance (NC) programs and translate data trends into actionable process improvements across agencies and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of experience in data analytics, root-cause analysis, or quality assurance in FMCG, Pharma, or Healthcare domains.
Proficient with analytical and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Python, and data modeling; experience with ETL and data engineering.
Work Experience Required: 2–4 years; Location: Hybrid work in Greater Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with APAC and/or EMEA markets, indicating familiarity with international regulatory and quality standards.
Strong analytical skills applied to quality assurance and data-driven process improvements in regulated domains.
