Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 7 years overall IT experience with 3-5 years supporting enterprise monitoring, observability, or platform operations.
Experience with enterprise monitoring tools including logging, metrics, alerting, dashboarding, and distributed tracing.
Experience supporting cloud platforms, enterprise applications, OT/IT integrated environments, and analyzing system performance data for reliability improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in collaborating across engineering, DevOps, and operations to implement observability and monitoring governance in complex, multi-site manufacturing and distribution settings.
Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge of enterprise observability platforms and distributed systems telemetry.
Comfortable operating at the intersection of Operational Technology and Information Technology with focus on system reliability and continuous improvement in global environments.
