Lead hands-on design and development of complex Java and full-stack applications using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and relational databases.

Minimum Requirements
8+ years of hands-on Java-based software development experience in global or enterprise projects.
MCA or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Strong proficiency with Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST API design, SQL, and frontend frameworks Angular or React.
Experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in product development environments following Lean Agile/Scrum and Scaled Agile practices.
Proven ability to lead technical direction and mentorship while actively coding complex enterprise software.
Skilled in designing scalable, high-performance Java applications with strong understandings of software design patterns and cloud-native architectures.
